Every day we have over 100 display trays of various cuts of meat in our refrigerated cabinets, these cuts of meat, many more than found in most supermarkets, range from traditional cuts, steaks, chops, rolled joints, tripe, liver, etc, to the modern stir fries, flavoured stakes, marinated burgers, ribs, ready meals etc. We are continually trying to provide new products to our already vast range whilst at the same time retaining all the best traditions of the trade. On display on our refrigerated steak deck are whole shoulders, rumps, popseyes and sirloins of beef, these are all cut for our customers individual requirements.

We have always enjoyed a good reputation for our own manufactured products. In our bakery we produce scotch pies, onion pies, sausage rolls, meat squares, mince rounds, steak rounds, chicken curry pies and literally hundreds of steak pies every week.

Our manufacturing room is fully equipped with the most modern machinery allowing us to produce various sausage products fresh every day as well as award winning haggis and black and fruit puddings. In our cooking area, using traditional methods we cook our own award winning selection of roast beef, lamb, pork, gammons, meat loafs and potted meat.
